From the moment I found the car online the dealer has been excellent from initial contact through to the sale. The car was held for me until I could come up from Devon and I found it as described and the purchase was completed with ease. After the purchase and on the drive home a small issue was identified, this was not a problem for the dealer and true to their word they fixed it despite the logistics of me living in Devon. I can only summarise the after sales support as being above and beyond what I would have expected and I genuinely cant thank them or praise them enough. Despite the fact I live in Devon I would happily make the journey and purchase another car from Radcliffe Trade Car Centre and would happily recommend them to my friends, family and anyone else for that matter. Left a deposit over the phone vehicle was described panel by panel very comfortable to talk to my audi a3 sline came with a warranty but I thought why not extend it for extra cost it got a 6 month nationwide wide warranty that covers more than a basic also they changed my oil and put new disc and pads only because they was less than 50% wow where do you get this kind of service also just to add while I was getting my paper work done the tall.guy with a beard took my car for a fresh clean why not if its offered lol Would definitely recommend this company they do go the extra mile Thank you very much for my audi beautiful drive home 👌👌✅✅

I visited this place and i came across i helpful gentleman who was called Rash who answered all my questions pointed me into the right direction and helped me throughout my vist and made sure that i was comfortable with everything. I couldn't thank rash enough very pleasant worker

Where do I start from seen a car on auto trader so I called the company, spoke to a chap called Rash, he gave me all the information i needed, ended up leaving a deposit on this cracking honda civic 2014, once all the paper work was done, we all had lunch together, I was treated to burger prior to me leaving on my 150 mile journey back home. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

This place is great, they are friendly & professional. I have just bought my 2nd car from this dealership. They part exchanged the Vauxhall meriva I bought from them which I drove perfectly with no complaints for 7 months, they gave me a really good price back for it and I'm so....in love with my new car which I got for a very low price. All the cars are thoroughly checked, they are honest with you (which is a rare in car sales) I have a free 3 month warranty and 12month AA cover so I have peace of mind. You cant ask for anymore!!

Excellent service, good clean cars, people were friendly and reliable. When I brought the car the person was very helpful and explained all the history through out the car, I left my deposit with him straight away. He provided the service I required. 10/10 for service, reliability and information.
